5 dollars

On a great Monday afternoon I walked into the cafeteria to eat my lunch. After I dropped my book bag off at my table I made my way to the lunch line. As I was coming near to the ordering counter the person in front of me removed his hand from his pocket and out fell a five dollar bill. In this situation I would have probably picked the bill up and given it back to its rightful owner. On the other hand if person was very mean and disrespectful I probably wouldn't return it to them. I try and consider myself a good person and I am always trying to do the right thing and give people the respect that they deserve. I know that if I dropped a five dollar bill I would really like it if someone gave it back to me. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
